Over the past ten years, we've built up relationships with some of the best producers in California. And every year, we work with a selection of those producers, along with our all-star winemaking team in Healdsburg, CA, to create a custom Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards here fan out on hillsides of an extinguished volcano and climb to over 2,000 feet. The elevation slows ripening in an otherwise hot and dry climate, resulting in balanced acides and sugars.
